Return Policy

If you are not totally satisfied
with an item that you purchase, you may return it in its original, new
condition within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund.
All products at Roux Brands are available while supplies last.
All sales are final on clearance merchandise.
We make every effort to ensure accuracy of the items displayed in our online
catalog. Even though we attempt to portray our products as accurate as
possible, the colors of some items may vary slightly. The actual colors you see
will depend on your computer and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s
display of any color is accurate.
To exchange or return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Complete the Roux Brands Exchange/Return form on the
packing slip and return it with your order. If you do not have your
Exchange/Return form, please include a note explaining the reason for the
return or the item you would like in exchange.
- Carefully repackage the merchandise. Items must be
returned prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. packages. Original shipping
charges are not refundable.
- Incorrect Item Delivered : If we deliver the wrong item to you, we will pick up
the item and deliver you the correct item completely at our expense.
